When you arrive at Indigo Collective, your experience will begin with a warm welcome from one of our Team Members. You will meet your new hair artist from our Experience Team and participate in an in-depth consultation to review your hair concerns, needs and desired results. Your hair artist will create a unique plan specific to you, that not only covers your first visit, but also a long term plan to ensure that all of your hair goals are met.
If you are here for a color appointment, a personalized color will be formulated specifically for you. We have a wide array of amenities to make your processing time comfortable and refreshing, including a beverage of your choice, healthy snacks and complimentary wifi. The relaxing atmosphere is also ideal if you need to work remotely during your appointment.
Relax at our shampoo lounge as your hair artist performs an incredible scalp massage to ease stress and tension with a warm or cool eye pillow. The best Aveda shampoo and conditioner will be chosen based on your hair type. Many of our guests enjoy our signature Hair Facial which adds moisture, hair manageability and includes an extra long scalp massage with a soothing hot towel wrap.
Your Haircut or Blowdry Experience will also be created uniquely for you, tailored to fit your lifestyle and styling preferences. During this time, your hair artist will likely share styling tips and tricks, and is happy to offer mini styling lessons to help simplify your daily routine. They will also go over recommendations for at home care so you can recreate your new look effortlessly at home or to remedy any hair concerns you may have.
Your hair artist will finish up the appointment by getting you set up for your next reservation that works for your schedule and you will leave with a New Guest Welcome bag with goodies
picked out just for you.
