For consideration of all Guests, we request that mobile phones be turned on silent mode.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT TYPES
We accept the following payment types:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Debit Cards, Gift Cards and Cash.
If an INDIGO COLLECTIVE gift card is your form of payment, we require that you bring your gift card with you and present it during check out.

Tipping is always left to your discretion.
For your convenience, we offer tip envelopes. If you prefer to leave a tip on a credit card you can do so by using our Tippy kiosk located at the front desk.
Please note that gift cards cannot be used for gratuity.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND SERVICE CONSIDERATIONS
We hold your appointments just for you. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, we require a minimum 24-hour notice. This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate guests on our waiting list.
Guests are subject to paying half of the scheduled appointment for no call no shows or less than 24-hour cancellations.
Guests arriving late to scheduled appointments are subject to rescheduling. Please arrive early to avoid any scheduling issues.
Scheduling a service means you are agreeing to our terms.

We want to to love everything about your experience. If you're not 100% satisfied with your retail products, you may return unopened or gently used items within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds on retail products are issued as a salon credit that can be used for future services or product purchases.
Even or like exchanges may be permitted at the discretion of the salon management.
Gift cards and services are final sale.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment and your stylist will take the necessary steps to
make adjustments or tweaks.
Our stylists are certified in many methods to have options for different needs, budgets and maintenance.

Hair extension deposits are non-refundable.
We do not install hair that has been purchased elsewhere as we cannot guarantee the quality.
If you have recently moved to the area, already have extensions installed, and are looking for maintenance please book a consultation first so we can determine if we are the best fit for your extension method.
