Cancellation Policy-
We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, you kindly provide us with 24-hour notice. This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.
For Color Correction-
A non-refundable deposit of $100 will be required to secure your appointment.
For other Salon Services-
A non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve future appointments if appointments are cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice.
